After almost a year away Watershed reopens in its new and expanded location. Under the true guidance of Joe Truex Watershed reopens its new large Southern doors with the same home style that was once present in its old location. With a new wealth of seats and an open-air patio just in time for the summer heat. Chef Joe plans to convey the science of southern home with a touch of modernism. 
For those in the know with their famous fried chicken night still will be offered ,now on Wednesday nights still the 4 pieces and biscuits but now just a little cheaper at 14.95. The menu is full of new and inspiring dishes. Would highly recommend checking out Chef Joes Jambalaya or there new
